Claudio Stampalija
Specialist in Criminal Sciences, Criminology and Crime Prevention
He has been a founding member of the International Centre for the Prevention of Crime (ICPC), affiliated with the United Nations; Secretary of Security and Prevention of the Province of Córdoba; General Director of Crime Prevention of the City of Buenos Aires; Coordinator of the Security Commission of the Observatory for Drug Trafficking Prevention (OPRENAR); and External Advisor to the World Bank. He is recognized for the design and leadership of pioneering plans and programs in the field, such as the Comprehensive Plan for Citizen Security and Crime Prevention “Córdoba se Encuentra”, among others.
Marcelo Lesta
Specialist in Community Development and Social Integration
Recognized for his leadership in local and community-based projects.
He is currently the General Director of Coordination of the Community Participation Centers (CPC) at the Municipality of Córdoba.
He has led multidisciplinary technical teams focused on prevention and community coexistence, with international recognition in citizen security and local governance.
Iliana Campos
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Security
With extensive training in criminal investigation, crime prevention, and analysis of criminal behavior. Specialist in criminal profiling, personality disorders, and technology applied to security. She has worked at the Ministry of Government and Security of Córdoba and at the Secretariat of Security and Community Prevention of the Municipality of Córdoba. She has been part of various teams combining territorial experience and community training with a transdisciplinary approach to citizen security.
Damián Lobos
BA in Political Science & MSc in Territorial Planning and Management
He has extensive experience as a researcher, lecturer, and advisor specializing in strategic territorial management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, public administration, and political economy.
He has carried out extensive work advising the Ministry of Security of Córdoba, specializing in the production of analyses and the management of comprehensive public policies.
MSc Bernardo Gómez del Campo
International consultant with over 35 years of experience leading security institutions in Mexico. Specialist in the design and implementation of comprehensive security models (public, private, citizen, and human security), he holds master's degrees in National Security and Criminal Policy. His extensive career includes high-level positions such as Undersecretary of the SSC-CDMX and Chief of the Investigation Police. He is the author of several books on security and an internationally recognized speaker, establishing him as a trusted expert for strategic consulting projects.
Gustavo Restrepo, Architect
Architect specialized in social urbanism and the transformation of cities into safe, smart, and sustainable territories. His extensive experience in international consulting and public management in Colombia focuses on territorial planning, mobility, public spaces, and facilities that enhance community well-being. With experience in projects of various scales and urban morphologies, his interdisciplinary and community-centered approach aims to consolidate neighborhoods with quality social housing, regenerate the environment, and build capacity within work teams. His philosophy is based on the conviction that better citizens create better cities, integrating technical expertise with tangible social impact.
Francisco Adrián Salcedo, Technician
Technical specialist in public security with extensive experience and training in combating drug trafficking, small-scale drug dealing, and special tactical operations. His profile combines advanced knowledge in anti-drug intelligence, preventive territorial planning, and operational strategies for fighting organized crime. He is a certified instructor in urban and rural special tactics, hostage negotiation, dignitary protection, and police survival. He also teaches at police academies and is a member of the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Assistance Program.
